Chocolate in a Bottle is best served at 2˚ celsius. It is a versatile product, that can be perfectly paired to each person’s taste. However, recommendations can be made for various products with which the wine’s properties are highlighted and enhanced.
While it serves as an excellent appetiser, mixing well with all sorts of snacks, its sweet chocolate hint marries it perfectly with desserts. Being a sparkling wine, it also blends ideally with fried dishes, since the bubbles clean the fat from the palate.
